Where do you work? Condley and Company, LLP

What’s your job title/what do you do? Assurance Partner – provide audit, review, compilation, and other consulting services to a wide variety of clients and industries

Where are you from? I’ve been in Abilene since I was four (previously Alexandria, Louisiana and Temple, Texas)

What is your favorite thing about living in the Big Country? The people. We have traveled quite a bit and it’s hard to find people as friendly and genuine as those in Abilene.

What do you do in your free time? We like to travel and spends lots of time shuttling our four and seven year olds between activities.

Do you serve on any boards in the community or participate in any other groups? If so, what do you enjoy about your participation? I spend a lot of my time volunteering on various state and local organizations. Locally, I am currently on the Abilene Philharmonic Association Board, Hardin-Simmons Board of Young Associates and Abilene Education Foundation Board. I previously served on the Friends of Safety City Board and Day Nursery of Abilene. I have mostly chosen to serve on Organizations that benefit kids and education. The Philharmonic I think is a great asset to this community that needs some more support from the young professionals in Abilene in order to sustain it long term. We have enjoyed going to the concerts over the last season and would love to see other young professionals attend.

What’s your favorite place to travel to and why? We love to travel and have recently completed all 50 states and are now working on the national parks. I spent a semester studying abroad in Austria which opened my eyes to the world and different cultures and have been traveling since. My favorite places have been Glacier National Park and Alaska.
