Why are you working in this industry? I work in this industry because of the people, energy, excitement, and determination it has brought into my life. I have had amazing mentors through the years and it is a business that I have grown to love, and become very passionate about.


What are three daily habits that have helped you to become successful? Starting my day with a strong cup of coffee with my husband. Stimulating my mind with a good devotional. Set daily goals.

What is the best advice you have ever received? In order to lead you have to learn to listen.


What was the most significant hurdle you had to overcome to get where you are? How would you address this hurdle today? Becoming General Manager during covid.


What is an accomplishment that shaped your career? Becoming involved in the Abilene Community has helped shape my career in more ways than I could ever imagine.

If you were to give one piece of advice to someone starting out in your field what would it be? Find a balance.
