Why are you working in this industry? My purpose is reach 1 million student/athletes with a ball and Christian leadership.
What are three daily habits that have helped you to become successful? Three daily habits – wake up early, read/ listen to books, speech, or sermon, see and speak the best in all people.
Who is the person(s) who most influenced you in business? Tony Roach Sr., Kris Seale, and Chip Townsend
What is the best advice you have ever received? Be the change you want to see! Some will, some won't, so what, someone’s waiting (SWSWSWSW)
What was the most significant hurdle you had to overcome to get where you are? How would you address this hurdle today? Limiting beliefs of what is possible when you come from my area of Fort Worth. I address that hurdle by reading, listening to podcasts, sermons, bi-weekly talks with successful leaders in our community.
What is an accomplishment that shaped your career? One of my greatest accomplishment was when I graduated from Abilene Christian University. That has helped me break barriers, establish relationships, and help to shift my paradigm.
What do you want to be doing in 10 years? In 10 years, I will have met my goal of reaching 1 million student/athletes, so I will increase that number and keep going.
What was your first summer job? My first and toughest job cutting fields with a push mower and other odd jobs with the preacher of my childhood church.
Where will we find you enjoying your hard-earned time off? Mini road trips to small towns with my family. (My kids are learning to like it) Playing/Watching/Instructing basketball. Trying random activities and being silly with my family.

If you were to give one piece of advice to someone starting out in your field what would it be? I would give anyone starting out in any field, “Be a relentless learn-it-all”
