Job title: Executive Vice President/Chief Operations Officer

Why are you working in this industry? I never thought growing up that I would be working in the funeral industry, but as I was interviewing for jobs my last semester of college, I was introduced to a Leadership Development Program with Directors Investment Group. Essentially, the program allowed me to explore all departments/divisions/companies of the organization over an 18-month period.  After I completed the program, I realized that there was great opportunity within this company to be able to serve this industry, customers, and employees in a meaningful way. Almost 9 years later and I am still here!
